Safe Plate Westall

The number one item stolen from cars is number plates.

The stolen plates are then put onto stolen cars, which are used to commit a wide range of crimes - ram raids, petrol theft, burglaries, hoon driving and so on. And having your plates stolen is really inconvenient - notifying the police, notifying VicRoads, buying new plates - plus you will likely receive fines for speeding and failing to pay tolls.

Come along to VicPol's Safe Plate event as they fix one way/tamper proof screws to protect your plates.

At Neighbourhood Watch, we believe everyone has the right to feel safe and welcome. We are committed to ensuring diversity, inclusion and equity are embedded throughout our organisation – in the work we do, the services we deliver and among our staff, volunteers, and the communities we work with.
