What We Do
Neighbourhood Watch Pop-up

Pop along to a free barbecue in your street, say “hi”, connect with your neighbours and help build a safer neighbourhood.

What is Neighbourhood Watch Pop-Up?

Our new Neighbourhood Watch Pop-up program aims to create a relaxing, friendly environment where you can get to know your immediate neighbours and spark the first early steps of building a community and creating friendships. Our team will “pop-up” in a residential street and invite neighbours to come and enjoy a free barbecue, have a chat, get to know each other better, and start a conversation about how to make the neighbourhood closer and safer. So, if we pop up in your street, come along and meet other people who live in your neighbourhood, and talk to the Neighbourhood Watch team about ways to bring neighbours together and keep your neighbourhood safe.

What's the purpose of the program?

Neighbourhood Watch is all about neighbours getting to know one another and looking out for each other.

We know that when people know their neighbours, they’ll feel happier and safer, the neighbourhood will be a safer place to live and they’ll enjoy a better quality of life.

Sometimes getting to know your neighbours can be tricky, so Neighbourhood Watch Pop-up aims create a relaxing, friendly safe space for neighbours to chat and mingle.

How to get involved in Neighbourhood Watch Pop-up

If Neighbourhood Watch Pop-up is coming to your street, you’ll receive an invitation in your letterbox or under your doormat about a week before the event and signs will go up around in the area where the event will be held.

All you have to do is RSVP using the QR code on the invite or sign, let us know how many of your family and friends will be attending, then pop along on the day to enjoy a barbecue and a chat.

We will be on site for only an hour or so, so don’t delay.

Come along, mingle with your neighbours and “Say hi”.  You won’t be able to miss us in our pop-up van!
