Hear from the Black Dog Institute on workplace mental health and wellbeing, and the inextricable link between work and overall wellness, given we spend one third of our adult lives working.

During this session, you will:

  • learn about the prevalence of mental health conditions
  • understand the causes, signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions including depression, stress and anxiety
  • find out what help is available
  • understand five core concepts of wellbeing and how these translate into daily life.
