SCAMS - A Forum from Neighbourhood Watch Bayside

Tuesday 18th August at Sandringham Yacht Club: 10.30am – 12.30 pm

This is an important event and we hope you will attend. At our last “SCAMS ” event in 2025, Rod, a Bayside resident attended. He had lost $48,000 through a scam and his bank had refused to refund him.

Directly as a result of our Forum and the advice given to him by AFCA’s Tami Sokol, Rod recovered all his $48,000.

Speakers will include

Jayde Richmond, General manager of SCAMWATCH

Tami Sokol, Ombudsman from AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority)

There will be an OPEN SESSION where residents can question our panel
