Mini House and Event Items Booking

Please read Mini-House loan terms & conditions (at the bottom of this form) before completing 

If the NHW group making the booking wishes to collect and return event items from Neighbourhood Watch Victoria, the general pick up and drop off location is 311 Spencer Street, Docklands. Pick up and return can only occur on Monday or Wednesday during business hours. Please supply the following details:

Terms and Conditions for use of the NHW Mini House

** Please remember the house is an architectural model and is fragile **

1. While the house is on display a volunteer must supervise the display all times and ensure that people don’t pull on or damage the house.
2. Please do not place any items on top of the display eg: drinks or food as spillage may damage the display or electronics.
3. Upon completion of your event the display must be cleaned by wiping all surfaces down with cleaning products (supplied in Mini House Kit) before putting the house back into the storage container.
4. Any damage or repairs that are required must be recorded on the condition report to allow us to carry out the repairs before the next booking.
5. Please take some photographs of people engaging with the house at your event and email them to marketing@nhw.com.au so we can promote it on our social media.
